Strategy & AI Enablement Leader for Global Asset Management

Nuveen is seeking a Head of Strategy and Business Enablement to shape the long-term technology, AI, data and operations strategy that drives growth as a global asset manager. You will translate enterprise priorities into roadmaps, coordinating with the CIO, OCOO and senior leaders to deliver business value and transformative initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional programs, set KPIs, and communicate strategy to Boards and executives, building a high-performing team across geographies.
