Executive Director: Children & Education Transformation

East Surrey Council is seeking an exceptional Executive Director of Children and Education / Statutory Director of Children’s Services to shape a new council from April 2027 and lead services for thousands of children and families across Surrey.

The role requires delivering safeguarding, education, SEND and early intervention, building partnerships with schools, health and police, and driving a system that improves life chances for children and reduces inequalities.
