Home Health Care Assistant – Flexible Training and Support

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Health Care Assistant to join the Lytham District Nursing Team. The role involves providing nursing support to patients in their own homes with tasks such as observations, venepuncture, wound care and health promotion.

Training will be provided by the Trust to develop required skills. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, maintaining high standards of care, accuracy in records, and flexibility to meet service needs.
