Job Description:
Places for People’s Places Leisure arm seeks a Head of Business Change & Transformation to shape the long-term agenda across Commercial Operations, defining strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, digital tools and future ways of working.
You’ll collaborate with technology teams, regional directors and site operations to review end-to-end processes, set standards and governance, and design systems around operational needs. Travel 2–3 days/week.
