Places for People’s Places Leisure arm is seeking a Head of Operational Optimisation to lead data‑led resource management across multiple sites. You will enhance labour planning, scheduling and forecasting to ensure the right people and resources align with operational and commercial goals.
You will partner with senior leaders, Finance and central teams to identify efficiencies, reduce avoidable spend and build robust cost models supporting investment decisions based on payback.
