What You’ll Take On (The Actual Job Description)
Join Rokstone at the point where finance, underwriting and commercial performance meet. You’ll partner closely with underwriters and senior leaders, turning complex financial and operational data into clear decisions that strengthen portfolio performance. This is a hands‑on role for a qualified accountant who combines strong financial fundamentals with commercial curiosity, constructive challenge and the confidence to operate in a fast‑paced MGA.
What You’ll Take On
- Turn portfolio and financial data into sharp commercial insight, helping leaders understand performance, spot opportunities and act on emerging risks.
- Partner with underwriting and senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions and shaping decisions around products, capacity, growth and profitability.
- Own budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, building a clear view across GWP, commissions, costs, headcount, cash flow and margins.
- Drive accurate, controlled financial reporting and close, working across Finance, Operations and underwriting to resolve variances, inconsistencies and delivery risks.
- Improve how finance works, strengthening models, KPIs, reporting, data quality and controls while reducing manual activity and increasing forecast accuracy.
