About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Management Accountant to join our finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

  • Planning & Forecasting: Own the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, working closely with heads of department to model business drivers.
  • Business Partnering: Build strong working relationships with non-finance budget holders to challenge assumptions, control costs, and identify margin improvement opportunities.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital monitoring, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Process & Controls Improvement: Review and enhance existing financial reporting processes, controls, and management information (MI) systems.
  • Audit & Compliance: Support year-end audit preparation and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.

  • Commercial Acumen: Proven track record in a fast-paced corporate environment with strong business partnering skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in month-end closing, financial modeling, and advanced Excel skills; experience with modern ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Workday, or Oracle) is highly advantageous.
  • Communication: Ability to distill complex financial data into clear, actionable commercial insights for non-finance leaders.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable stepping into an established team, hitting the ground running, and taking immediate ownership of the reporting cycle.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary or day rate package.
  • Flexible/hybrid working arrangements (London office / Remote balance).
  • Generous holiday allowance, pension contribution, and corporate benefits package.
