Senior Operations Manager — Multi-Store Leadership

Pret (Iceking) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day performance across Pret shops, ensuring exceptional customer and team experiences while upholding brand standards and sustainable profit growth.

Work with the Head of Operations, franchisees and support teams to translate priorities into shop-level plans, staying within budgets and delegated authority. Regular travel to shops is expected.
