Shift Manager – Lead a fast, friendly bakery team

Greggs in Newton Abbot is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivate the team and ensure excellent customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

Typical shifts include inspiring the team to maintain standards, serving customers quickly and pleasantly, preparing products such as sandwiches and managing the ovens, keeping displays stocked and the shop clean and presentable.
