Auto Skills UK is seeking a HGV Workshop Shift Supervisor to oversee technicians and coordinate workshop activities in a busy commercial vehicle operation. Salary £63,000 – £67,500 (DOE) with overtime; 45 hours per week and rotating earlies/lates plus alternating Saturdays.
The role involves supervising workloads, coordinating with management on staffing and KPIs, and assisting with diagnostics and complex repairs to maintain high standards of servicing.
