Jonathan Lee is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in Bolton to manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from tender handover through final account settlement. You will work with Project Managers, the Commercial Manager, clients and subcontractors to protect margins and ensure on-time delivery.
The role requires strong contractual knowledge, hands-on cost control, and experience in valuations, procurement and commercial reporting.
