Rail Proposals Manager – Hybrid, Bid‑Strategy Lead

WSP is seeking a Proposals Manager to lead bid teams, coordinate client proposals, and drive growth across the Rail business unit. You will shape winning strategies, develop tender plans, and ensure high-quality, well-presented responses that meet governance standards.
