Warehouse Operative – Ambient Picking with Paid Training

Lidl’s Leeds distribution centre is recruiting for Morning Shift Operatives and Goods Issue – Operational Picking roles. The site offers a 35-hour contract, permanent status, and benefits, with a new regional distribution centre opening in Leeds in Spring 2027 and extensive pre-opening training.

You will work across ambient picking, with additional training across regional sites and at Lidl’s Luton RDC to learn the Warehouse Management System (EWM).
