Strategic Technical Resource Planner

South Wales Police is seeking an experienced Technical Resource Planning Manager to lead the planning, coordination and allocation of specialist technical resources across programmes, projects and BAU activities.

The postholder will maintain a reliable view of skills, capacity and availability, working with project managers and service managers to ensure appropriately skilled resources are allocated at the right time and for the required duration.
