Tech Lead Manager, ML Training & Inference Infra

Rivian is seeking a Tech Lead – Manager – ML training and infrastructure to join the Perception team. You will shape state-of-the-art ML infrastructure for training and inference of large autonomous driving models, driving performance and scalability across GPU clusters.

The role requires deep expertise in transformer-based models, distributed training, and profiling to accelerate training and inference on onboard and edge systems, with a strong emphasis on reliability and maintainability.
