Support Worker: Empower Independence & Wellbeing

Autism Plus are seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Thorne to provide person-centred support for individuals with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs. No prior experience is required as we offer full training and a fully paid 3-week induction.

You will assist with daily living tasks, support health and wellbeing, and help residents engage with the local community in accordance with Care Plans and dignity standards.
