Are you a Quantity Surveyor from a Civils or Construction background, looking to join a long-established contractor where you will be a key part of a growing Yorkshire team, with clear progression and ongoing development?

The company deliver a massive variety of work including a focus on civils as well as groundworks, remediation, demolition, refurbishments and design & build projects. With continued success and increasing demand across frameworks and repeat clients, they are now looking to add to the team to support growth in Yorkshire.
In this role you’ll be office and site based, working closely with the Contracts Manager & Director. You’ll manage subcontractor packages, applications and payments, monthly client applications, and pricing/quotations for variations, with the opportunity to get involved in estimating too.
This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor looking for a long-term role offering progression, great development and the chance to be a key person in a growing team.
The Role
- Quantity Surveyor covering Yorkshire projects
- Subcontractor orders, applications, payment notices/certificates and liaison with accounts
- Monthly client applications and supporting variations / small direct awards
- Working closely with the Contracts Manager, reporting into the Commercial Director
- Opportunity to support the estimating function as the team grows
The Person
- Quantity Surveyor experience within Construction
- Comfortable managing subcontractor packages, applications and variations
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
