Customer Service Ambassador – In-Store & Community

OurCoop in Ely is seeking friendly, flexible team players to join as retail colleagues across checkouts, shop floor, bakery and admin. No prior experience is required; you will learn on the job, adapting to a fast-paced environment while helping to serve customers, members and communities.

You’ll work varied shifts including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for training and progression within a community-focused Society that supports staff development and wellbeing.
