Operations Transformation Director (AVP Equivalent) – Change, Analytics and Strategy

Overview

In this Director role, you drive Global Operations Transformation initiatives to improve capacity, client experience, and risk management. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end improvements, coach colleagues, and champion automation and tooling adoption. This position sits within the Global Operations Transformation team, partnering with Operations to design, pilot, and scale solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You’ll lead by example, tackle complex problems, and shape how Operations embraces innovation to support the firm’s client-centric mission.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert to manage processes, risks and projects and implement improvements
• Coordinate work and train/ develop team members, including task allocation and project contribution
• Lead by example with drive, and present challenging perspectives to senior levels
• Identify opportunities to support tooling delivery through strategic planning and knowledge sharing
• Host knowledge sessions, 1:1 coaching, demos, and respond to ad hoc support requests
• Promote the use of user-led tooling across Operations, share success stories, and build a knowledge hub
• Collaborate across Operations to map problems to existing solutions to speed delivery and reusability
• Enhance the Transformation Team’s support model with feedback and continuous improvement
• Contribute to delivery of the user-led tooling strategy and AI tooling (GENAI) rollout

Key requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience
• SMEs/Super users of User Led tools (Duco, Alteryx, UiPath and/or Power BI)
• Comprehensive knowledge of functional area and operational/compliance policies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in end-to-end delivery and automation projects
• Solutions-oriented with a passion for automation and transformation
