Contracts Manager – Power and Distribution

Overview

As Contracts Manager, you will lead the safe, on-time, and commercially successful delivery of a portfolio of Transmission & Distribution projects within the UK. You’ll collaborate with estimating, commercial and operations teams to shape delivery strategies, support tender activity and mobilise projects. Strong client and stakeholder engagement will be central as you drive operational excellence and contribute to the growth of the Power & Energy division. This is a high-visibility role with impact on project performance and safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and successful delivery of multiple Power T&D projects across a national portfolio
• Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to high quality standards
• Drive operational performance from mobilisation to close-out across project delivery
• Collaborate with commercial and estimating teams to identify opportunities, manage risks and maximise project performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and network operators
• Lead, mentor and develop project teams to foster a high-performance safety, quality and delivery culture
