Overview
As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager at AWS, you guide large UK&I customers through multi-year cloud journeys, aligning cross-functional AWS teams to deliver outcomes. You partner with executives to shepherd transformations, migrations, and governance, shaping education programs and go-live events. You translate strategic account goals into executable actions, leveraging GenAI guidance to solve customer challenges. This role combines strategic thinking, delivery excellence, and stakeholder leadership to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
Responsibilities
- Guide large/complex UK&I customers through their cloud adoption journey
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture and Professional Services
- Serve as a trusted partner with transformation expertise to shepherd customers
- Drive customer education, governance, and workload migration planning
- Proactively solve customer challenges with new ideas and GenAI guidance
- Evangelize AWS services and deliver excellent customer experiences
- Contribute to day-to-day management of successful AWS adoption
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with demonstrated outcomes
- Experience in customer-facing work with executives and technologists to solve business problems using advanced technologies
- Experience leading transformation project teams across broad functional areas
