Forward Deployed Product Manager, Enterprise

Overview

In this Product Manager role, you drive enterprise AI solutions that leverage Scale’s GenAI Platform to deliver real business value for world-class customers. You’ll own end-to-end product development, shape strategy with executives, and coordinate cross-functional teams to turn AI capabilities into repeatable software. The work sits at the intersection of cutting-edge ML/AI and large-scale customer impact, offering the chance to influence how organizations deploy trustworthy AI. You’ll play a pivotal role in translating customer needs into scalable products that advance Scale’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-grade AI solutions that drive business value for large customers
• Define and execute product strategy with Scale executives and customer stakeholders
• Own end-to-end product development from requirements to launch
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, operations, marketing, and finance
• Turn customer solutions into repeatable software for commercialization across industries

Key requirements

• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in building ML-powered products, enterprise experience a plus
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies in enterprise settings
• Experience operating in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity
• Exceptional leadership, presentation, and cross-functional influencing skills
• Some coding experience (Python)
