Strategic Colleague & Customer Events Lead

Nationwide is seeking a Colleague Engagement Lead Manager – Events to shape and deliver a strategic events programme across Business Banking. You will lead both internal colleague conferences and customer-focused events, coordinating across multiple offices and stakeholders to deliver impactful experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, budget governance and partner management, with hybrid working across Glasgow, Edinburgh, London or Northampton.
