Places Leisure, part of Places for People, is seeking a Head of Business Change & Transformation to lead the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations. You’ll shape the strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, digital tools and new ways of working.
You’ll partner with technology teams, central support functions and regional leaders to review end-to-end processes, reduce duplication and ensure systems and dashboards meet operational needs.
