Director of Customer Experience & Growth (Retail & App)

We Are Stellify is seeking a Director of Customer Experience to lead circa 75 people across customer experience, operations and site teams. You will own the end-to-end customer journey across app, contact centre and retail sites, shaping strategy and performance.

You will run a 24/7 support operation in a regulated environment, manage an £8m revenue P&L, and deputise for the Chief Customer Officer across customer, marketing, operations and revenue, driving growth and transformation.
