Ormiston Latimer Academy is seeking an experienced Assistant Principal (SENDCo) to join its senior leadership team and oversee the new Special Resource Base. You will shape inclusion, ensure EHCP entitlements, and contribute to safeguarding while maintaining your teaching timetable.

As a deputy safeguarding lead, you will lead SEND strategy, carry out assessments and observations, and work with families, professionals, and teachers to plan personalised support that helps learners thrive.
