GP – Primary Care Clinician (Face-to-Face/Home Visits)

Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a General Practitioner registered with the GMC and on the NHS Performers list. Experience in a Primary Care setting is ideal but not essential; you will conduct face-to-face consultations, telephone consultations and home visits, with clear and effective communication to support patients.
