Lead Quality Engineer — Aerospace Quality & Compliance

Eaton MSD Cheltenham is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to join the Quality Management Function. The role ensures Eaton’s products and services meet the required quality standards through QC policies, QA planning, and the effective application of the Quality Management System.

You will lead professionals, plan audits, drive corrective actions, support customer and regulatory audits, and foster a continuous improvement culture with lean and process mapping activities across the business.
