Labour Manager: Workforce Planning & Relations

Dalkia UK is seeking a Labour Manager to lead planning and deployment of the weekly paid workforce across multiple projects in the North East. The role requires balancing operational demands with strategic workforce planning, ensuring resources are resourced safely, efficiently and compliantly.

You’ll work with operational leaders, unions, apprentices and employees to resolve labour challenges and support supervision, payroll, and inductions.
