Senior Building Services Engineer: Residential M&E Lead

Palmer McCarthy seeks an Engineering Supervisor to lead the site-based engineers and hard-services contractors at Southbank Place. You will manage day-to-day technical delivery, ensure M&E and life-safety systems operate to plan, and minimise resident impact through proactive maintenance and compliance.

Reporting to the Residential Building Manager, you will coordinate with Front of House and estate teams, drive PPM schedules, oversee contractors, and support risk assessments.
