Head of Operations & Transformation for Growth

Bond Williams is seeking a hands-on Change & Transformation professional to join during a period of growth. You will step into the business, understand how its internal operations work from start to finish, challenge existing processes, and drive meaningful improvements.

You will review end-to-end processes, map them across departments, identify bottlenecks and unnecessary costs, and lead change projects from idea through to delivery, fostering clear ownership and consistent ways of working.
