Management Accountant – Fast Growing Corporate

Overview

In this role you will manage partner accounting and financial operations within a high-visibility finance function. You will support the annual profit allocation, produce management reports for the Partnership Board, and ensure regulatory compliance. You’ll work closely with senior staff across IT, HR, and finance to drive automation and data integration in a transformation-focused environment. Responsibilities

• Partner accounting & financial management: maintain partner current and capital accounts, manage drawings, profit allocations, and tax reserves; handle partner journals and onboarding/leaver settlements
• Profit allocation & reporting: contribute to annual profit allocation with the Finance Director and prepare profit share schedules and management reports
• Compliance & regulatory oversight: ensure compliance with SRA Accounts Rules, HMRC partnership tax regulations, liaise with auditors
• Partner liaison & communication: be the main contact for partners on financial, tax, and remuneration queries
• Systems & process management: drive automation and data integration across partner accounting processes, collaborate with IT/Finance/HR

Key requirements

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified
• 4 years’ experience or more in legal, finance or professional services accounting
• Proven experience in management reporting and analysis
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical with proactive problem-solving and process improvement mindset
• High integrity and discretion with confidential partner financial information
