Senior Management Accountant & Finance Partner

TCR, a global Ground Support Equipment leader, is seeking a Senior Management Accountant for the UK & Ireland Finance team. You will deliver monthly management accounts, lead budgeting/forecasting, manage cash flow and balance sheet control across multiple entities, and mentor a small finance team.

You will partner with operational leaders and senior stakeholders to drive financial performance, governance, and continuous improvement across finance processes in a growing international business.
