Hospitality Operations Lead – Racecourse Events

The Jockey Club Experiences at Aintree Racecourse is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day and race day hospitality operations, ensuring exceptional service to clients and customers. You will manage a team, control costs, and maintain high standards of quality and safety across all hospitality offerings.

With a focus on commercial performance, you will partner with the General Manager to forecast demand, maximise opportunities and deliver Legendary Experiences at our events.
