A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor to join its growing Family team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and client-focused solicitor to take responsibility for a varied caseload of private family matters, while playing an active role in the continued development and success of the department.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion, providing high-quality, practical and commercially minded legal advice to clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of private family matters from instruction through to completion.

n

• Providing clear, practical and effective legal advice to clients.

n

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

n

• Conducting matters with a high level of autonomy and minimal supervision.

n

• Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory and firm requirements.

n

• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the Family department.
