HR Consultant – Flexible, Ad hoc Assignments

Placr Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to provide short-term, ad hoc support for a range of SME clients from its Newhaven-based consultancy. The role is offered on a temporary, assignment-by-assignment basis with no guaranteed hours.

You will deliver practical HR advice, handle employee relations matters, draft professional documentation and help with recruitment, onboarding and HR processes across diverse clients.
