Marketing Operations & Strategy Specialist

Perk in London-based Marketing Operations is seeking a SPO Specialist to join our team. You’ll support Marketing Leadership, run the quarterly OKR cadence, manage budgeting and PO processes, and oversee onboarding and learning programs, working cross-functionally with Content, Product Marketing and Social Media.

You’ll use Asana as the backbone, streamline admin tasks, coordinate events and offsites, and help rollout AI-enabled processes.
