Perk is seeking a SPO Specialist within our Marketing Operations function. You will support Marketing Leadership by running OKR cadences, managing the marketing calendar, budgeting and PO processes, and handling team operations from onboarding to offsites.
You’ll also collaborate with Content, Product Marketing and Social Media to optimize workflows using Asana and AI, ensuring cross‑functional alignment. Marketing experience helps, while admin or operations experience is essential.
