We’re looking for an exceptional AI Solutions Engineer to take some of the most exciting developments in AI — LLMs, agents, RAG, automation and multi-agent systems — and turn them into real products, real workflows and real commercial impact.
You’ll work directly with the AI Automation Lead and senior business stakeholders, taking complex problems from “surely AI could do this?” to solutions that are live, being used and delivering measurable results.
You’ll be right at the intersection of AI engineering, automation and business transformation, with the freedom to experiment, build and make things happen.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and deploy AI agents, LLM applications, RAG systems and automated workflows.
- Experiment with the latest AI models, tools and architectures.
- Identify real business problems where AI can drive efficiency and commercial impact.
- Take solutions from concept → prototype → production.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to turn ideas into practical AI solutions.
- Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve AI systems.
Who we’re looking for
A hands-on AI builder who combines strong technical skills with commercial thinking.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience building and deploying LLM applications, AI agents or automation solutions.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and agentic workflows.
- Experience translating business problems into practical AI solutions.
- An understanding of AI evaluation, monitoring and quality.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- A genuine interest in building AI that delivers measurable business impact.
