Senior Company Secretary — Governance & Board Excellence

Alba, a growing bank, is seeking an experienced Company Secretary to embed robust governance across the organisation. Reporting to the CEO and working with the Chair and Board, you will lead governance development, provide guidance, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting strategic initiatives.

You will coordinate board activity, produce minutes, manage governance records and maintain effective relationships with regulators, auditors and stakeholders.
