School Public Health Nurse: Lead Healthy Futures

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust in Leicester is seeking a Specialist Public Health Nurse – School Nurse to join the Healthy Together neighbourhood team and contribute to the Healthy Child Programme 5-19. You will work with children, young people and families to prevent ill health and promote wellbeing.

You will assess health needs, develop care plans, manage your own caseload, maintain records, and collaborate with families and partner agencies.
