Pub General Manager – Lead Team, Grow Sales & Experience

Greene King is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy pub, drive sales, and create a welcoming guest experience. You will manage daily operations, coach your team, and ensure high standards of service from opening to closing.

You’ll need strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to obtain a personal license if not already held. Work with the local management team to develop staff, uphold brand standards, and foster a sense of community around the pub.
