Service Desk Analyst — Hybrid 1st/2nd Line Support

Vistry Group is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our Cheltenham team. You will provide first-line and second-line IT support, resolving incidents on the initial call where possible and escalating others to the appropriate teams.
