NHS IT Service Desk Engineer — Flexible Work & Growth

Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking to appoint an IT Service Desk Engineer to join the busy Digital Service Desk. You will provide first and second line IT support to Trust staff, resolving hardware, software and network issues both remotely and onsite.

The role requires experience in an IT helpdesk environment, good communication skills, and a qualification such as NVQ4/5 or equivalent, plus Microsoft Windows expertise.
