HSE Manager – Lead Safety, Compliance & Training

Warburtons is seeking an experienced HSE leader to partner with the General Manager at Enfield, coaching a team of around 460 colleagues in a 24/7 baking and distribution environment. You will drive the national HSE strategy locally, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across bakery and depot operations.

You will provide legally robust advice, develop training, manage budgets, and lead engagement initiatives while growing the HSE capability throughout the organization.
