Plumbing & Heating Engineer MRF Plumbing & Heating

MRF Plumbing & Heating is looking for a qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join its business based in Fortrose on the Black Isle. This position would suit an experienced or recently qualified engineer looking for varied work, a permanent four day working week and the opportunity to develop their skills.

The Role

• Carry out plumbing and heating work across the Black Isle, Inverness and surrounding Highland areas.
• Undertake a variety of plumbing and heating jobs.
• Deliver high standards of workmanship.
• Provide a professional and reliable service to customers.
• Work independently and take pride in the quality of completed work.
• Continue developing technical skills and practical experience.

Working Pattern

• 36 hours per week.
• Monday to Thursday.
• Permanent four day working week.
• Three day weekend every week.
• No on call rota.
• Additional hours may be available.

What We Are Looking For

• SVQ Level 3 qualification in Plumbing.
• Current Gas ACS qualifications.
• A reliable and professional approach to work.
• Good customer service skills.
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail.
• Willingness to continue learning and developing.
• Oil heating qualifications or experience would be advantageous but are not essential.
• Recently qualified engineers are encouraged to apply.

What Is On Offer

• Salary of £35,000 to £38,000 depending on experience.
