You will deliver a high-quality clinical service within the budget, supported by the finance partner and regional manager. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, promoting evidence-based care, and driving continuous quality improvement within a secure environment. Responsibilities

• Provide proactive management of on-site healthcare services
• Maintain strategic direction and meet NHS England contractual targets
• Deliver a high-quality clinical service within budget
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and promote a culture of learning
• Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and statutory responsibilities
• Foster professional development and supervision across the team
• Support on-call duties as part of duties
• Drive continuous quality improvement and best practice

Key requirements

• Degree or appropriate equivalent level of experience or clinical qualification
• Inclusive leadership approach and ability to drive innovation
• Significant experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to influence and deliver information to key partners and stakeholders
• Experience as a CQC registered manager, or equivalent registered body
