Health & Social Care Officer — Day Service (35 hrs)

Newcastle City Council’s Welford Day Centre in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Health and Social Care Officer to work 35 hours per week in our day service supporting adults with severe learning disabilities and additional complex needs.

You will use person-centred approaches to help individuals express themselves, make choices, and develop their independence, with opportunities to engage in a range of activities and therapies.
