Flexible Social Care Worker – Training & Impact

Choice Care Group is hiring a Social Care Worker in Southampton on a 30/40 hour rota with weekend shifts. Training is provided in-house to develop skills as part of a supported career path. You will help residents with personal care and daily activities while maintaining care records and following care plans.
