Clinical Research Call Centre Agent – Flexible Bank Hours

Fortrea’s Clinical Research Unit in Leeds is seeking a flexible, phone-based role to support healthy volunteer screening for clinical trials. This is a bank (0-hours) position based at Drapers Yard, with shifts Monday to Friday during office hours and hours offered varying with clinic demand.

You will build and maintain the study participant database, screen participants over the phone, assess suitability, explain studies, and schedule appointments.
